*orders purchased with a discount code of 20% or more and/or items purchased from our “sale” tab are FINAL sale. no exceptions.
zoco will accept unworn, unwashed merchandise* purchased on www.shopzoco.com for store credit ONLY within 21 days of delivery. your return must be processed through our return portal HERE. *accessories are considered final sale.
returns received within 21 days of delivery, we'll inspect for signs of wear or use, if item is deemed in returnable condition, we’ll issue you store credit. your package must be post-marked and sent back within 21 days of the original delivery date.
please fill out our return form HERE before sending anything back. we will refuse any items sent back to us without filling out our form first. if item is deemed to not be in returnable condition, your items will be shipped back to you at your expense and no store credit will be issued, including shipping costs. we reserve the right to refuse a refund on product if the product appears to be damaged by the customer.
if an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (hello@shopzoco.com) within 5 days. item cannot be washed or worn when claimed as a damage. after 5 days, zoco can no longer be responsible.
all sale items are final sale. sales include but are not limited to flash sales, coupon codes, store credit codes, markdowns, & popup shops. any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.
all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases, returns & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. shop zoco is not responsible for lost exchanges/returns. once your return is received please allow up to 10 business days for this to process.
