warehouse receiving assistant

we are hiring for a WAREHOUSE RECEIVING ASSISTANT to assist in the daily flow of our warehouse floor. this is a part time position located at our warehouse in lehi, utah. warehouse + shipping experience preferred but not required.

responsibilities : 

  • inventory control. daily + weekly upkeep of inventory counts. with an emphasis on keeping inventory correct at all times.
  • organization of our warehouse floor + inventory.
  • light cleaning of warehouse.
  • new freight inventory check in, organization + incoming processing including inspection of garments for damages, errors in orders, + incorrect inventory of garments + tagging when needed.
  • heaving lifting of freight.
  • miscellaneous tasks (errand running, purchasing of supplies, physical labor needs) may be required as needed.

    qualifications :  

    • high school diploma  
    • experience in fashion retail preferred but not required  
    • highly organized + motivated
    • works well in a fast-paced environment  
    • takes direction + adapts quickly to new procedures   
    • ability to use + manage spreadsheets, documents, + lists in an efficient format
    • strong communication skills
    • active listening skills  
    • excellent problem solving skills
    • ability to multitask daily  
    • stamina to do physical labor on your feet in the warehouse space for the majority of your shift
    • able to work in a timely + efficient manner  
    • positive attitude + works well with others

    we are hiring for an WAREHOUSE MANAGER to manage our warehouse team + oversee systems + functions of our warehouse floor. this is a part time position located at our warehouse in lehi, utah. managerial experience required.

    responsibilities :

    • oversee the flow + function of our office + warehouse 

    • quickly solve any issues that may arise 

    • manage employee’s day to day tasks + ensure all tasks are done accurately + efficiently 

    • be the main point of contact for all employees + managers for office related information 

    • work closely with the owner on various tasks + projects 

    • organization of our office + warehouse floor

    • oversee processes of our shipping + receiving team

    • light cleaning + organization of zoco offices, studio + warehouse 

    qualifications :

    social media coordinator 

    come join our social media // marketing team! as zoco’s social media coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the zoco brand online + growing our audience across all platforms. this position focuses heavily on content creation + requires someone with a keen eye for fashion + trends. this person needs to be creative, confident, + comfortable being behind + in front of the camera.

    responsibilities

    this role requires a pro-active, creative person with experience in content creation. you’ll be responsible for:

    content creation:

    -assist in creating engaging, copy, eye-catching videos + photos for our marketing channels  

    -act as the content model for various posts + product imagery, embodying zoco’s aesthetic 

     

    community management:

    -monitor + respond to engagement on our social media platforms in line with the zoco brand voice + brand values

     

    social campaigns:

    -assist in the planning, execution, + optimization of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive store traffic, + increase sales

     

    social listening:

    -monitor social media platforms for updates, industry trends, + competitor activity. proactively explore new tools and strategies to enhance our socials and recommend improvement opportunities

     

    content calendar assistance:

    -work with the marketing team to strategize, ideate, + manage our content calendar. assist in posting content as needed.

     

    misc support:

    -provide support for other marketing initiatives + projects as needed (ex: errands, office tasks, etc.)

     

    qualifications:

    -prior content creation or social media management experience. please send us a portfolio or a link to relevant social media account(s)

    -comfortable being in front of a camera // speaking to a camera (this position will be responsible for creating a bulk of our video content).

    -strong understanding of various social media platforms 

    -excellent written + verbal communication skills  

    -creative thinking + problem solving skills

    -creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion + trends 

    -ability to work collaboratively + independently in a fast-paced environment 

    -Canva experience is a plus

    -Shopify experience is a plus
